Become a Cannon

Some Items You Might Want to Have (for those new to Rugby):

A pair of cleats - Soccer/Rugby type with NO toe spike
Mouth Guard (optional, but recommended)
Sturdy Shorts and Shirt (ones you don't mind getting dirty or possibly torn)
Positive Attitude (most essential)
Willingness to learn (also essential)
